I would love to work for an organization that grants me the ownership of my role and be creative.Working with team mates and partners who are open with ideas, speak up without fear of consequences, rowing in the same direction to an aligned goal. Not getting siloed into one area. This kind of environment allows me to be partner, experiment and learn from failures and be self motivated to be excited in building a great team and provide greater value for the organization.
