Test Drive PB JAM

Service Description

Starting with a brief introduction to PB JAM, this highly participatory workshop delves into each individual's daily struggles and helps to identify PB JAM facets that would be most effective for you to pursue. The group (e.g. leadership team, flight risk pool, talent pool, functional team) from similar management levels (can be a mix of a few levels) goes through up to 4 hours of facilitated PB JAM session. The content is picked from the "Exploration Phase" of the 12-week PB JAM program.
