Test Drive PB JAM

Service Description

Starting with a brief introduction to PB JAM, this highly participatory workshop offers four topics to choose from for 10-30 individuals, which can be virtual/in-person, or hybrid. We do these free for prospective clients and each one provides a flavor of the PB JAM approach plus participants walk out with immediately usable insights) a. PB JAM and Daily Struggles in the modern workplace We expound on our concept of daily struggles, participants spend time in groups discussing how their daily struggles are changing over time. Participants walk out with an idea of what is their current daily struggle. b. PB JAM’s peer power at work We demonstrate the power of peers via a simple exercise using feed-forward interviews in groups of 3 each. Participants walk out with a written overview of their personal code of success. c. PB JAM and the ship of Theseus We present the philosophical question in light of professional development and allow participants to reflect on their professional persona over time. Participants walk out with awareness about factors that have impacted their professional persona over time. d. PB JAM and Organizational Alignment We take the company’s annual goals or mission and then explore if and how they apply to the daily work and contributions of the participants based on the Rockefeller approach. Participants walk out with clarity on how they contribute to the chosen organizational goal.
