Source Key Lookup

So you need to find the source key for a feedback provider? No worries! You are at the right spot... select the group, select the behavior and if you have selected a feedback provider for that combination, the source key will be displayed below.

You can always create a new one by visiting Session 05 interface.  Here is how: Choose top menu -> More -> Sessions Data -> Click on Session 05 -> Click Forward to Interface titled "Session 05 - Documenting the alignment with your employer" -> Choose your group -> Choose behavior -> Enter data for feedback provider and once you save, you will see a new Source Key to share!
