From early childhood, #doinggood has been part of our ethos. We were taught that one of the key obligations of every human being is towards the society and the world at large. Come to think of it, this is also in our genes through evolution as we are social animals.
As a professional, I have always focused on creating tools and processes so that my job is not dependent on me as an individual. In that way, I always believed in making myself redundant. This focus has helped me to experience multiple jobs while within the same company and also create value that outlasts me as an individual for the company, its customers, employees and shareholders. Deep down, #doinggood also helps me to sleep peacefully and wake up every morning with a smile on my face.
At #PBJAM, our #doinggood focus is instrumental in our products and platforms, as we always strive for #collaboration over #competition. Our #peer frameworks put lot of value on #we instead of #me. Our structures purposefully bring strangers together so that #selfless interactions are easy and participants are focused on providing #open, #honest and #kind feedback to each other. Our platform encourages individuals to share their experiences and talents via our #blog, #programs and #PeerView videos, as we strongly believe that our partners and customers have a lot to teach us and others and it is our duty to make our platform available to them.
